Terms of Service & Refunds
Last updated September 2026.
What you're buying
A one-time payment ($8 CAD regular / $5 CAD for the Ontario Seniors Hub rate, HST included) unlocks all 13 scanners for that browser on that device. Unlock status is stored in your browser's local storage, not a user account — there's no login. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or switch devices, you will need to re-enter your unlock (returning to any scanner page with ?paid=true from your original Stripe receipt link re-applies it; contact us if you've lost access and can show proof of payment).
Refunds
Because this is an instant-access digital product — payment unlocks full access to every scanner immediately — all sales are final once payment completes, except where required by law. If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge) or a technical problem prevented you from ever accessing the scanners, email citylinks4u@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out.
Not professional advice
Every scanner on this site is pattern-matching against pasted text — not legal advice, not insurance advice, and not a fraud investigation. Results can miss real problems and can flag language that turns out to be fine. Don't rely on a scan result alone for a legal, financial, or safety decision; consult a licensed professional, or for a suspected active scam, contact your bank and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (1-888-495-8501).
Acceptable use
These tools are for your own personal use. Please don't scrape, republish, or resell the scanners or their underlying pattern lists.
Liability
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on a scan result or for losses arising from a scam, contract, or policy you evaluated using this tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Questions: citylinks4u@gmail.com.
